PURPOSE:To attain the measurement without an error between ranges by using an output of an A/D converter and a range data from a range setting device as addresses and reading data in the address of the memory so as to give an output. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the measurement mode, a control circuit 5 sends a switching signal INPSW to switches MSW1-MSWn, which are switched to apply voltage signals V1-Vn from a charge/voltage converter 1 to amplifiers 21-2n to attain a prescribed operation. In this case, a range signal RADRS from the range setting device 3 and a signal PADRS from the control circuit 5 are given to the memory 6 as the address synchronously with the output AADRS of an A/D converter 4. The memory 6 reads out the calibration data corresponding to the address to give an output to a computer.
