PURPOSE:To secure a ceramics superconductive thin film by compressing three types of organometals to be shown in a general formula of M1R1, M2R2 and CUR3 after developing them on separate water surface each, producing an organometal's film on each water surface, and accumulating each on a substrate in the specified sequence, then sintering each of them. CONSTITUTION:Metal M1 is selected from an alkaline earth metal in a group II (a) of Ca, Sr, Ba, etc., M2 from a rare earth element in group III (a) of Y, La, Sc, etc., and R1-R3 from a saturated fatty acid, an unsaturated fatty acid, glycerol derivative, and the residue of saturated or unsaturated aliphatic alcohol, respectively, thus they are the same or different organic radical selected from a group of such a radical that is able to be combined and coordinated with M1, M2 or CU. Organometal is developed on a water surface of a thermostat and compressed with a Teflon coated rod, forming it into a molecular film, and it is transferred onto a highly insulating substrate at a high melting point in a water tank. The three types of these molecular films are repeatedly accumu lated in the specified sequence. With this constitution, a perovskite structure for a superconductor is produced by sintering, so that a current is easy to flow in direction of film thickness. |
