PURPOSE:To form a complex circuit with a simple process by planting tab terminals at necessary positions on a flat plate-shaped substrate and punching the substrate at preset positions to form the circuit. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 is formed by casting from a material such as zinc alloy or Al alloy. In this case, multiple tab terminals 12 are protruded upward or downward from the flat substrate 11. When unnecessary positions are punched by the press machining on the substrate 11 thus formed, a circuit wiring member 13 with the preset circuit constitution can be obtained. The burrs generated in the preceding process can be simultaneously removed. Many tabs can be aligned with high density while rarely requiring a bending margin, and the circuit wiring design can be made small-sized.
