摘要 PURPOSE:To easily obtain the distribution of the quantity of laser light necessary for refraction correction of near-sightedness, etc. on the cornea by shifting the phases of luminous flux scanners, thereby scanning the luminous flux. CONSTITUTION:The two pieces of galvanomirros 2a, 4a are put into the state in which the mirrors are oscillated sinusoidally by maintaining the planes of oscillations perpendicular to each other and shifting the phases by 90 deg.. Then, the luminous flux L is projected from the direction perpendicular to the plane of the figure to the 1st mirror 2a and is oscillated in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the figure by the 1st mirror 2a oscillating sinusoidally in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the figure. The luminous flux L oscillated by the mirror 2 is brought into the state in which the flux is two-dimensionally oscillated around a certain point by a lens 5, by which this flux is entered to the 2nd mirror 4a. The mirror 4a is oscillated sinusoidally in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the figure by deviating the phase by 90 deg. from the mirror 2a, by which the flux L is oscillated in the direction horizontal to the plane of the figure with the 90 deg. deviation in phase from the direction perpendicular thereto. The spring scanning of the luminous flux is thereby facilitated and this scanner is applicable to an operation for forming the cornea, etc. by laser light in, for example, a medical field.
