PURPOSE:To prevent picture swinging by controlling the signal component of a resonant oscillating frequency in a video deck part among voice output signals which are supplied to a speaker when the video deck part is set to an operation mode. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a recording mode for reception display in which recording is executed in the video deck part, switch circuits 12 and 14 are on-operated by recording mode signals SREC whereby the signal level of the frequency component in the resonance frequency among the frequency signal component of the voice output signals S1 is controlled in a filter circuit 13, and that of the voice output signals S1 are controlled as a whole. The energy level of the frequency signal component equivalent to the resonance of mechanical oscillation is furthermore controlled by the filter circuit 13. Thus, picture swinging when recording information is reproduced can be prevented.
