PURPOSE:To prevent the wall surfaces of a container from being fused to each other and prevent the container from being deformed or damaged even when heat accumulating material is repeatedly heated by microwaves by installing a layer for preventing fusion-sticking between the wall surfaces of a heat accumulating container with the built-in heat accumulating material fused by microwave heating CONSTITUTION:A container 2 is made of material which is non-reactive and incompatible with heat accumulating material 3. As the heat accumulating material 3, material which is easily and uniformly fused by microwave heating is desirable and hydrate salt type heat accumulating material is suitable to use. A layer 4 for preventing fusion- sticking is made of material which is non-reactive and incompatible with the material 3 and the container 2. When the container 2 is manufactured by hot seal process using usually laminated films polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., are used as the most inner layer of the laminated films and then it is desirable to use the thin film of polyester, polyamide, polyamideimide, etc., of which melting point is higher than that of polyethylene, polypropylene as the layer 4. As for a fixing method between the wall surfaces of the container 2 and the layer 4, adhesive agent or heat fusion is used or they are fixed by sandwiching between seal parts 5. |
