<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of a divided copy or a margin without moving a document by installing a paper feeding cassette slidably in a direction perpendicular to a paper feeding direction on a picture image forming device body in a copying machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a user inputs the desired set position of a paper feeding cassette 4 through the ten-key 5 of a copying machine body 1, a control device 17 drives a motor 7, screwingly advancing the screw of a motor shaft 7a into a side board 1a to move a paper feeding cassette 4, together with a cassette receiver 3, in the direction perpendicular to a paper feeding direction. Also, a paper feeding shaft 9 is simultaneously moved to keep the relative positions of the cassette receiver 3 and a paper feed roller 8 constant. Thus, the setting of a divided copy or a margin can be easily carried out without moving the document.</p> |
