PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient primary torque and high speed rotation by making a ceramic gas turbine operate and as well driving a dynamo so as to charge a battery of superconducting member at the time of high speed traveling, and on the other hand, making an electric motor operate by means of electric power of the battery at the time of low speed traveling. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting of a ceramic gas turbine engine 11, electric power of a battery 3 is supplied to a starting motor 12 so as to make a radial impeller 13 rotate and as well to the heater 17 of a heat exchanger 15 so as to generate heat. In addition, fuel from a nozzle 24 is supplied to intake-air from an air filter 23 so as to form air fuel mixture, and this air fuel mixture is supplied to the coil pipe 16 of the heat exchanger 15 so as to make it gasify. Furthermore, a turbine runner 18 for motive power is made to rotate by ignited air fuel mixture, and electrical energy is generated in a dynamo 30 so as to charge the battery 3. At the time of low speed traveling, electric power of the battery 3 is supplied to a middle motor 4 and a torque motor 5. On the other hand, at the time of high speed traveling, a hydraulic cylinder 10 is made to operate so as to connect the engine 11 to an output device 6.
