PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of a reference voltage by connecting respective split contacts of two branches being the resistance division of a power voltage for an equal voltage dividing ratio to a high resistance to generate a reference voltage drom the midpoint of a high resistance. CONSTITUTION:Resistors 1, 2 and resistors 3, 4 are connected in series between the circuit power supply and ground. High resistors 5, 6 are connected between the former connecting point M and the latter connecting point N and a reference voltage is extracted from the center R. The resistance ratio of the resistors 1, 2 and the resistance ratio of the resistors 3, 4 are set to obtain the same voltage division ratio. However, it is not necessarily required to select the resistors 1, 2 and the resistors 3, 4 to be identical. Moreover, the high resistors 5, 6 are not necessarily to be the same resistance. Thus, a reference voltage with less dispersion is obtained.
