<p>PURPOSE:To curtail the number of persons for a work, to shorten the work time, and also, to raise the exactitude and the safety of the work, by automatizing a work processing by using a coupling work robot. CONSTITUTION:On a base 17 which has plural casters 16 in the bottom part and can move in a free direction, a rotary table 19 is installed so that its reciprocating rotation can be executed freely centering around a support 20 through plural ball casters 18. On stations S1-S4 which is assigned radially on the rotary table 19, work units 28-31 are provided, respectively. In this state, a work process for a bench-cut and a remaining material removal, a work process for a steel sleeve insertion and a steel sleeve compression, and a work process for measuring and recording a steel sleeve compressing part are executed automatically by the unit 28, the unit 29 and the unit 30, respectively. As for the measured value, whether it is satisfactory or not is decided automatically by a computer, and when the measured value is decided to be OK, a work process for a computed injection, an aluminum sleeve compression and deburring is executed automatically and all the processes are ended.</p> |
