PURPOSE:To exhibit the low friction and abrasion-resistant characteristic of PTFE mixed cloth sufficiently by adhering a mixed cloth containing PTFE fibers sequentially from the surface of rear metal with adhesive layers of phenoxy resin and deformation phenol resin. CONSTITUTION:A rear metal 1 is coated with phenoxy resin layer 2 dissolved in volatile organic agent in the form of varnish then thin layer of deformation phenol resin 3 is applied onto one face of PTFE mixed cloth 4. Then the surface of PTFE mixed cloth 4 applied with deformation phenol resin 3 is laminated with phenoxy resin layer 2 and thermally pressed under the temperature lower than the melting point of phenoxy resin to harden the deformation phenol resin and to adhere PTFE mixed cloth 4 to the rear metal 1. Consequently, flexibility, softness, smoothness and adhesive strength of adhesive layer are improved. |
