PURPOSE:To compensate a power supply voltage drop after the light emission and to secure the operating voltage of a signal processing IC by providing a switching means for supplying electric power to the IC from a backup capacitor by detecting a flash light emission. CONSTITUTION:When a trigger signal is outputted from a terminal (h) of an IC, pre-light emission 7 is executed, a reflected ray from an object to be photographed is photometrically PT integrated 57, a distance value is obtained by an integral value after a prescribed time, and a capacitor 142 corresponding to an aperture value calculated from the distance value is selected. After the pre- light emission, recharging by a comparatively large current is executed to a light emitting capacitor 6, and a transistor 25 turns on. As a result, a charging charge of a backup capacitor 24 is supplied to a terminal (i) of the IC, and an output drop of an electric power source is compensated. |
