PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the previous arrangement of a sub-question to be executed in the order by having the designation of the timing to be processed at respective sub-problems, and registering the sub-problem, at the point of time that the necessity of the processing of said sub-problem comes clear. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the start of the solution of the sub-problems, or at the time that the processing of one sub-problem is completed by a processing means 3, the processing of a sub-problem managing means 2 is executed. At first, it is investigated whether a task queue 22 is vacant or not, and when it is vacant, it is decided that the sub-problem to be processed has been solved, and the processing is finished. When not vacant, it is investigated whether a timing designation satisfies the timing to be processed or not. A check is started from the head of the task queue, and the timing is designated, and when it is satisfied, said sub-problem is deleted from the task queue 22. Next, the sub-problem processing means 3 is accessed, and said sub- problem is processed. When the timing designation is not satisfied, it is investigated whether it is the last sub-problem or not, and when it is the last sub-problem, the sub-problem, now intended to be solved, is considered to be impossible to solve, and an error display is executed, and the processing is finished.
