In a method for cutting and palletising bricks, the bricks to be cut are fed to a sawing device and are sorted after the sawing. The individual bricks (2) are in each case stuck together at their abutting sides to form a line before the sawing. The bricks stuck together are sawn in a computer-controlled manner as a function of the position and shape of the wall to be constructed with the bricks and of the maximum filling level of a pallet (25) arranged downstream.
