PURPOSE:To repair a pipe path on the spot without digging up a road, by a method wherein along with insertion of a tubular liner within a pipe path, the liner is pressed against an inner circumferential surface of the pipe path with fluid pressure, a resin absorbent material of the liner is impregnated with resin while keeping this state as it is and then curable resin is cured. CONSTITUTION:A liquid poured into an inversion guide pipe 4 through a water pouring hose 2 extrudes a tubular liner 3 composed of a flexible resin absorbing agent with its static pressure while inverting the tubular liner 3, inserted into a time-worn pipe 1 and penetrated through the time-worn pipe 1 at last. Thermosetting resin agitated by an agitating material 7 within an agitating tank 8 is sent within a resin pouring hose 10 with pressure by a pump 9 and kept permeating into the liner 3 through a resin casting port 6. In this instance, the thermosetting resin pressurized by the pump 9 stays especially much on a damaged part of an inner wall surface of the time-worn pipe 1. therefore, an irregular surface is changed into a flat surface by repairing its irregular surface. A temperature of a fluid pressing the liner 3 against the inner wall surface of the time-worn pipe 1 is raised through circulation of the fluid heated by a boiler and the cure of the foregoing thermosetting resin progresses. With this construction, a rigid lining pipe is formed on the inner wall surface of the time-worn pipe 1 and repairing is completed. |
