The invention concerns a unit for spraying loose wool, consisting of a filling shaft 1 at the bottom 4 of which there is an output arrangement 5 for the material to be sprayed essentially sideways to a shredder 13 from which the material falls, in shredded form, down into a sluice 25 which feeds it into a transport line 30 with which it is blown onto the application site. The shaft 1 has essentially vertical or slightly inwardly inclined walls 2, while the output arrangement 5 is essentially plane and covers the horizontal cross section of the shaft 1. <IMAGE> |
