PURPOSE:To improve output performance by partitioning the inside of a chamber up and down, providing an exhaust pipe extension part on the upper part while providing an exhaust gas collecting part on the lower part, and providing a rotation switchover valve which can partially shut off the open end of the exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 3 is partitioned up and down and an exhaust pipe extension part 5 which can be independently connected to the open ends 1a, 2a of exhaust pipes 1, 2 is provided in the upper space while providing an exhaust gas collecting part 6 in the lower space. A rotation switchover valve 10 is provided on the open ends 1a, 2a and is rotatingly adjusted to carry out the throttling of the open ends and the action of varying the exhaust pipe length. Thereby, the trough of output in a low speed zone can be eliminated while increasing the output in a high speed zone, to improve output performance over the whole speed zones.
