PURPOSE:To improve moisture-proofness and insulating properties by applying an ester group coating agent to a substrate, each circuit part and a mounting circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of a substrate 1 and circuit parts 2, 3, 7 are coated previously with an ester group coating agent 4. These circuit parts 2, 3, 7 are loaded onto the substrate 1, the whole surface is further coated with an ester group coating agent 4a, a damage inhibitor 6 is coated, and the whole surface is further coated with an ester group coating agent 4b from the upper section of the damage inhibitor 6, thus completing a mounting circuit board 5. Accordingly, when ester encounters moisture, ester absorbs the moisture and is decomposed (hydrolyzing) thus preventing the deterioration of insulating properties and moisture-proofness.
