PURPOSE:To prevent unbalanced vibration by forming a circuit for cancelling radial rotational synchronous vibration component in an active magnetic bearing and deading only control with rotational frequency. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 4 is adapted to compute a signal V'x from a sine-wave signal and an amplitude Vx detected by an amplitude detector 3 and output same to a phase inverter 5. In the phase inverter 5, the phase of the signal V'x is inverted to be output to an adder 9. In the adder 9, the signal V'x, the phase of which is inverted, is added and a signal obtained by subtracting rotational frequency vibration component V'x from vibration Vx is feedbacked to a control circuit 10. Accordingly, a signal, from which unbalanced vibration is removed, is inputs as to eliminate unbalanced vibration of a rotor 1.
