PURPOSE:To solve the deviation of the start of communication in data transmission via a different kind of switching network and to prevent data from being dissipated, by providing a means which sets the delivery timing of the data. CONSTITUTION:When the response of an incoming side terminal equipment 2 to a call is informed from a telephone exchange network 4 to a data switching network 5, the data switching network 5 generates a communication feasible tone signal from a talkie trunk, etc., and sends it to the incoming side terminal 2 via the telephone exchange network 4. Also, the communication feasible tone signal is sent to an outgoing side terminal equipment 1 via a telephone exchange network 3. And the communication feasible tone signal is synchronized and stopped, and the delivery of the data is started simultaneously after 10ms of that time. In such a way, the dissipation of the data can be evaded, and the wasteful holding of a line can be eliminated.
