PURPOSE:To improve a muffling effect at the time of high speed driving by smoothly bending a fluid passage and providing resonant parts for connecting the inside of the fluid passage to a resonant box, on the bent part. CONSTITUTION:Bent parts 12a, 12b are formed on an exhaust pipe 11 and a resonant box 13 is installed so as to wrap the bent parts. And, neck pipes 14, 15 as resonant parts are installed on the bent parts 12a, 12b in such a way that their center axes agree with the axes of the straight part flow passages of the exhaust pipe 11. Thereby, the lengths of the neck pipes can be increased, enabling noise in a wide range of frequency zones to be reduced.
