发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FUEL CELL ELECTROLYTE MATRIX
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease contact resistance between two layers and to increase differential pressure resistance by sintering at different temperatures each layer of a matrix layer comprising two sintered layers. CONSTITUTION:The fuel electrode side layer (a) and the oxidizing agent side layer (b) of a matrix layer 1 are formed by sintering the mixture paste of fine electrolyte powder, binder, and thickening agent. The sintering temperature is higher than the melting point of the binder, and that of either one of layers (a), (b) is higher than that of the other, and the temperature is optionally selected from a range of 280-360 deg.C. The side sintered at higher temperature is hard and large in differential pressure resistance. The side sintered at lower temperature has lower internal resistance. The matrix layer 1 obtained by joining the layers (a), (b) has large mechanical strength and prevents corrosion. By using this matrix, a cell having high voltage can be obtained.
