PURPOSE:To improve the overall availability of a network by storing once the communication data to be given to a public circuit network into a memory and then transferring this data to a gate way device from the storage device. CONSTITUTION:The terminal equipments 11-13 are provided for input/output of data together with a storage device 14 which stores the received data, a gate way device 15 which is connected to a public circuit network 20 and secures the control matching of data communication with another system 30 that transfers data via the network 20, and a connection means 16 which secures the direct connection among the device 15, the device 14 and the equipments 11-13 via a communication medium to perform the information among them. The equipments 11-13 ends the transmission processing just by storing once the transfer data into the device 14. Then the device 15 reads automatically those transfer data out of the memory 14 and sends them to the network 20. Thus the data can be transferred to another connection device in an extremely short time and also in a simple procedure.
