PURPOSE:To improve the signal transmission characteristic such as low cross talk and wide bandwidth by holding a resistive signal transmitting means and a conductive signal transmitting means closely to each other and insulating them from each other. CONSTITUTION:Conductive wires 40 are arranged on both sides of a resistive wire 30, textile fibers 50 insulate individual wires from other wires and at the same time keep the wires in a closely spaced state. The resistive wires 30 are combined with the conductive wires 40, a cable is not terminated with its characteristic impedance, thus a large-loss transmission line suppressing the reflection generated in the cable is formed. The shielding is thereby improved by the conductive wires 40 on both sides of the resistive wire 30, the cross talk is reduced, the reflection is suppressed by the resistive wires 30, and the measured signal is correctly reproduced over a wide bandwidth.
