PURPOSE:To permit an anchor to be easily detached from an obstacle of submarine cable or the like, by constituting the anchor so as to enable an acting point, in which tensile force acts on the anchor, to move from the rear side to the point end side and an anchor function to be eliminated when the tensile force is applied to the anchor increasing to a predetermined value or more. CONSTITUTION:An anchor is constituted of a fluke part 2 penetrating into the bottom surface of the sea, shank 3 arranged so as to form a T-shape with this fluke part 2, stock 4 for directing the fluke part 2 in a vertical direction with respect to the bottom surface of the sea, stays 5 for reinforcing the fluke part 2 and an eye 6 provided in the point end part of the shank 3. Here the shank 3, providing in its another end part a connecting hole 7, connects a separator metal fixture 11 which is placed in a detached condition when tensile force of fixed value or more acts on the hole 7 through a U-bolt 9. And a rope 8a from a ship, after it is once secured to the halfway separator metal fixture 11, is connected as a lope 8b so as to be secured to the eye 6 providing a little sag.
