PURPOSE:To forcedly carry out cleaning of sand flour, by providing drainage ditch made of water permeable concrete in the bottom part of the sand flour and carrying out water permeable circulation of sea water in the sand flour. CONSTITUTION:A drainage ditch 6 made of water permeable concrete is equipped in the bottom of sand flour. A measure 7 made of water permeable concrete is provided to collect sea water and the sea water is led to exhaust of a conduit gate 1 by a conduit tube 8. When the sea water filled in a pond is discharged to outer sea by opening an inviting door 2, sucking force by the conduit tube 8 provided in the exhaust works at the flow rate of discharge and the sea water is forcedly passed through the interlayer of the sand flour and cleaning of the said flour 5 is forcedly carried out.
