PURPOSE:To obtain the title transfer material having a coating film excellent in hardness, heat resistance and chemical resistance and good in durability, by forming a curable coating layer containing a specified curable phosphazene compound on the surface of a filmlike or platelike base. CONSTITUTION:A curable composition is obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. curable phosphazene compound of the formula [wherein X and Y are each a (non) polymerization-curable group, and at least either is a polymerization-curable group, p and q are each 0 or greater, p+q=2, and n>=3] with 0.05-5.0pts.wt. cure accelerator (e.g., dibenzoyl) and, optionally, pigment, a filler, magnetic particles, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, etc. A curable coating layer 3 comprising said composition is formed through a release agent layer 2, and an adhesive layer 5 comprising said composition is formed on it through a pattern layer 4.
