PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and to facilitate the assembly of an antenna by using a cord type element as antenna elements and extending it on a main body. CONSTITUTION:One ring 3a for engagement is locked to a projection part 2b positioned atop of one antenna shaft main body 1a and then the cord type element 4 is extended alternately to projections 2b-2j in the order of the projection part 2b of the other antenna shaft main body 1b, the projection part 2c of one antenna shaft main body 1a, the projection part 2d... of the antenna shaft main body 1b and then engaged with the projection part 2j at the final position of the other ring 3b for engagement. At this time, conductive materials 4a are positioned on the parts of the cord type elements 4 parallel to a radiator 5 and a reflector 7. Thus, the one cord type element 4 which has the rings 3a and 3b for engagement on both ends is engaged and extended to the projection parts 2a-2j alternately to finish the assembly. Consequently, the antenna is assembled in a short period.
