PURPOSE:To shorten the read-in time of training information and to shorten a communication time by reading the training information out of a memory en bloc and performing equalizing operation. CONSTITUTION:The memory of a fast polling system to which pre-emphasis is applied is stored with the training information. A fixed equalizer 111 reads the training information out of the memory 121 and performs the equalizing operation to output a signal corresponding to a training signal. Namely, the training information which is stored in the memory 12 is inputted to the fixed equalizer 111 en bloc. Consequently, the read-in time of the training information is shortened and the communication time is shortened.
