PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a molding markedly improved in mechanical strengths, by adding a crosslinking aid to a resin component comprising two specified fluorine-containing copolymers. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is prepared by adding at least 0.5pt.wt. crosslinking aid (e.g., triallyl isocyanurate) to 100pts.wt. resin component containing a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with a 2-4C alpha-olefin (e.g., tetrafluoroethylene/propylene copolymer) and an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene/ fluoroolefin copolymer (e.g., ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene/chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer). This composition can give a molding markedly improved in mechanical strengths and can be applied to electric insulating coatings, hoses, tubes, etc.
