PURPOSE:To facilitate the debugging of a program by providing an SRAM which stores whether or not instruction of the program are executed by varying the value of the memory at the time of the execution of the program. CONSTITUTION:A RAM 16 outputs data corresponding to input address data to a microcomputer 15 through a data bus 18 and a microcomputer 15 interprets the data and outputs it to the SRAM 19 and a connector 21 as an instruction. The SRAM 19 considers that the instruction of the address is executed with the inputs of the address data and instruction data, changes the memory data '0' in the SRAM 19 into '1', and stores the execution of the instruction. The SRAM 19 stores the execution state of the program of the RAM 16 in address units through said operation. Then when the SRAM 19 outputs the data corresponding to the specified address to a monitor CPU through the data bus 18 and connector 21, the monitor CPU 6 judges the data and outputs the result of whether or not the program is executed. Consequently, the execution state of the whole program can be monitored.
