PURPOSE:To convert channel programs at a higher speed by selecting the channel programs required to speed up the operation of a virtual computer and eliminating the need to convert the channel programs. CONSTITUTION:A channel program registration means 12 registers a channel program in a channel program registration area 11. The channel program to be registered is a channel program high in use frequency or to be speeded up which is obtained by investigating a channel program that the virtual computer uses. A channel program registration area comparing/referring means 13 performs comparing/referring operation as to whether or not the virtual channel program that the virtual computer executes is registered in the channel program registration area 11, and passes the control to an executing means 22 when the program is registered or to a program converting means 21 when not. Consequently, the operation of the virtual computer system is speeded up. |
