PURPOSE:To reduce the fatique caused by sports or physical labor and to relieve fatique in its early stages, by bonding a particulate composed of a metal being a semiconductor substance or a particulate composed of oxide of said metal to a base material under pressure as it is without melting and sinterine the same or coating the base material with said particulate as it is and using the obtained composite as a material. CONSTITUTION:As a base material, a sheet composed of paper, cloth, yarn or a high-molecular substance is used and an adhesive layer 2 is provided to the single surface or both surface of said base material 1. The substance 3 concerned is uniformly bonded to the adhesive layer under pressure and a protective layer 4 is provided on the surface thereof to prepare a material. The protective layer 4 has action stabilizing the substance 3 concerned when adhered to the base material 1 having the adhesive layer 2 provided to the single surface or both surface thereof and the protective layer 4 having the adhesive layer 2 provided to both surface thereof has a release layer 5 provided to the single surface thereof. In this invention, since the substance concerned is used as it is, melting and sintering processes can be avoided and this health promoting material can be inexpensively provided.
