PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester composition containing an inorganic particle grafted with a glycol, having excellent slippery property, abrasion resistance and transparency and especially suitable in molding of film. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending (A) polyester, preferably copolyester mainly consisting of polyalkylene terephthalate and/or alkylene terephthalate, especially PETF with (B) 0.005-5wt.%, preferably 0.01-3wt.% inorganic particle (silica and/or titanium dioxide) grafted with 0.001-0.5mmol./m<2>, preferably 0.01-0.4mmol./m<2> glycol (preferably having as same component as the glycol component constituting the component A obtained e.g. by blending the inorganic particle, preferably spherical particle having 0.01-5mum average particle size with the glycol while stirring and heat- treating the blend in an autoclave at 100-350 deg.C.
