PURPOSE:To omit a complicate bleeding operation by guiding air bubbles in 1st and 2nd liquid medium chambers to 2nd and 3rd liquid medium chambers through 1st and 2nd air bubble trap means. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 6 is provided on a housing 14 to partition the housing into the 1st liquid medium chamber 9 where a vibrator 3 and a scanning mechanism 3 are stored and the 2nd liquid medium chamber 10 which adjoins to it. This partition wall 6 is a 1st air bubble trap means and formed in such a funnel shape that the internal wall surface faces the liquid medium chamber 9, and air bubbles in the liquid medium chamber 9 are led to the liquid medium chamber 10 and prevented from returning to the liquid medium chamber 9. An air bubble lea-out pipe 9 is provided on the outside of an inside case 15, and leads out air bubbles in the liquid medium in the liquid medium chamber 10 to a 3rd liquid medium chamber 11 during the use of the device; and a partition wall 23 serves as a 2nd air bubble trap means to inhibit the air bubbles from returning the liquid medium chamber 10.
