The invention relates to a reinforcing arch for industrial furnaces, consisting of a number of self-supporting reinforcing arches which are arranged one behind another at a spacing and are formed from arch bricks, compartmentalising blocks being hung in between the reinforcing arches. A gastight rear insulation is mounted on this arch formed from finished parts without mortar.
