摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours of the working and installation by projecting the edges of anticorrosive rings from pipe main bodies and fillet-welding these to the inside peripheries of the pipe main bodies and then, welding the anticorrosive rings to the pipe main bodies in order at a job site. CONSTITUTION:The anticorrosive rings 12 are first welded to the insides of the pipe main bodies 11 to be welded and joined. At this time, inner ends 14 of the rings 12 are joined to the pipe main bodies 11 with the fillet welding. Angles theta1 are finished in the range of 0-15 deg. at the end faces 13 of the pie main bodies 11 and the outer edges of the rings 12 are projected to the extent of 5mm from the edges of the pipe main bodies 11. Next, covering layers 16 of coating material are formed on the inside peripheral surfaces of the pipe main bodies in a factory. After the aligning and surface fitting of the rings 12, the rings 12 are welded directly together and the pipe bodies 11 are welded to each other at the job site. Since the working man-hours in the factory are increased and the working man-hours at the job site are reduced, the correcting work is reduced and the man-hours of the working and installation are remarkably reduced.
