PURPOSE:To simplify an input job of information by recording the information on an IC memory card in place of a visiting card made of paper. CONSTITUTION:An IC memory card 1 stores previously the information on the names, the company names, the department names, the telephone numbers, etc., which are conventionally printed on the visiting cards made of paper. An IC memory card input/output device 2 functions to write and read the information of the card 1. The information on the card 1 are all read out directly by the device 2 and sent to a electronic computer system 3. The system 3 sends these information to a central processing part 5 for retrieving, displaying, printing, storing and other processes. When the information stored in the card 1 is changed, the new information is supplied via an input part 8 and sent to the device 2 via the part 5. The device 2 writes the corrected information into the card 1. |
