PURPOSE:To prevent the curving of a recording character by making the same the arriving times of the leading ends of wire pins at paper, by arranging a large number of the recording elements of a recording head in an almost circu lar acr form so that the respective end surfaces are positioned at an almost equal distance from the peripheral surface of a platen roller. CONSTITUTION:In a wire dot head WH, a head leading end guide part 21 is formed into a circular arc shape so that all of the distances between recording paper 1 and the leading ends of seven wires 7 become same and the wires 7 are arranged so as to follow said guide part 21. Now, by exciting a coil 5 through a head driver (3-2) according to a printing pattern by the printing order from a controller, an armature 6 is attracted to a core 4 to allow the wires 7 to impact against the paper 1. Since all of the wires 7 are arranged so that the distances between the wires 7 and the paper are made same, the arriving times of the leading ends of the wires at the recording paper 1 are same and, as a result, the printing delay due to wire pin arranging positions is not generated and high printing grade can be secured. |
