PURPOSE:To conveniently dispense a soln. with a set hydrogen ion concn. by composing the title dispenser out of a mixing tank, an electrode for measuring the hydrogen ion concn., a dispensing liq. tank, a liq. dispensing part, a control part for controlling the amt. of the dispensing liq., and a connecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:For example, a soln. A with the hydrogen ion concn. (m) and a soln. B with the hydrogen ion concn. (n) (m>n) are respectively charged in the dispensing liq. tanks 7-1 and 7-2 to prepare a mixed soln. wherein the hydrogen ion concn. is controlled to (x) and the total amt. of the soln. to (y) ml. The theoretically calculated amts. of the solns. A and B, the set hydrogen ion concn. (x), etc., are inputted to the dispensation control part 5. The appropriate amt. of the soln. A is then sent into the mixing tank 1, and the hydrogen ion concn. (z) is measured by the electrode 2. The fact that the measured value (z) is higher than the set value (x) is judged by the dispensation control part 5, and the dispensation of the soln. B to the mixing tank 1 is indicated. The amts. of the solns. A and B to be dispensed when the measured value (z) is equalized with the set value (x) are read by the dispensation control part 5, and the remaining amts. of the solns. A and B to control the total amt. of the mixed soln. to (y) ml while maintaining the set value (x) are calculated.
