PURPOSE:To attain effective temperature compensation with very high accuracy by making the junction temperature of a transistor(TR) pair for setting a bias proportional to the junction temperature of an output TR pair against the change in the collector loss of the output TR pair. CONSTITUTION:The output TRs Q1, Q2 and 1st and 4th TRs 2, 5 are connected respectively in parallel by the same condition so as to cause the temperature change proportional to the junction temperature of the output TRs Q1, Q2 to the 1st and 4th TRs 2, 5. On the other hand, the emitters of the 1st TR 3 and the 4th TR 6 are connected directly and the collector is connected respectively to the base of the output TRs Q1, Q2. Thus, effective temperature compensation with very high accuracy is obtained.
