<p>PURPOSE:To extend the life of a test tape by searching the program of a test tape in a specific position after using the tape prescribed number of times. CONSTITUTION:The following two means are provided in the titled system; a first means 20 to insert a test tape 15 to a tape device 12 moving on a transfer line 13, and a second means 21 to pull out the test tape from the tape device that has been loaded with the test tape and adjusted/checked. The second means 21, when detecting that the test tape has been used prescribed number of times, issues a command, to the tape device, to wind the test tape is a prescribed position different from the position at the time of starting the use of the tape. As a result, the test tape can be used uniformly over its entire length, hence its life can be extended, as well as the deterioration of a signal from the test tape can be prevented.</p> |
