PURPOSE:To carry out the cutting treatment of a gate part good and to attempt both to reduce the labor cost for treatment and to prevent the occurrence of defect products, by constituting at least the apex part of a gate introducing a specific resin material in a cavity of a product of a perforating hole of a tapering shape which perforates a fixed mold and opens on the face forming the product cavity extending in the mold opening direction. CONSTITUTION:A perforating hole 30 is formed with a tapering shape whose apex part of the product cavity 24 side is thinner than the base part of a runner 22 side and its apex part is opened with an opening end being roughly vertical to the face extending being roughly parallel in the mold closing (opening) direction. The perforating hole 30 is thereby communicated with a product cavity 24. A molded item 32 formed in the product cavity 24 by injecting and filling a specific resin material is formed integrally with a runner part 34 and a gate part 36 formed by the resin filled in the runner 22 and the perforating hole 30. When the mold is opened, a gate part 36 held by a fixed mold 10 against a molded item 32 held by a movable mold 12 is cut from the molded item 32 at its apex part at the same time when the mold is opened. |
