FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and combined frying potatoes, onions, carrots and lard, cutting and freezing leek and parsley greens. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with oysters' meat, milk, common salt, basil, Jamaica pepper and a CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood. The mixture obtained and fish broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized at a certain ratio of components. This enables to obtain canned food being of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
