PURPOSE:To stably reduce level line and to improve product value by casting aluminum or aluminum alloy strip while cleaning roll surface by brush roll at the time of casting the above metal by twin roll type casting machine. CONSTITUTION:In the case of casting Al or Al alloy strip by the twin roll type casting machine, the surface of roll is pushed sequentially or periodically or an optional time while rotating the brush roll, to clean it. By this method, the level line is stably reduced even after anodic oxidizing treatment as well as at the stage of the cast strip and the product value is improved. |
