PURPOSE:To attain feeding without giving adverse effect onto a transmission signal by applying a power voltage between a transmission medium in a couple of transmission media and at least one transmission medium among remaining transmission media applying transmission/reception of a control signal. CONSTITUTION:A couple of terminal equipments 1 are connected by a couple of transmission media 2, a control channel and a couple of transmission media 3 (information channels) to send an information signal other than the said control signal to transmit/receive a control signal including an access right adjusting signal and a power supply 4 is connected between a transmission medium 2a of the control channel 2 and one transmission medium 3a of the information channel 3. Since the feeding from the power supply 4 to the electric circuit 1c is applied by the transmission medium 2a of the control channel 2 and one transmission medium 3a of the information channel 3, it is implemented surely independently whether or not an information signal is transmitted/received.
