PURPOSE:To reduce frictional resistance at the time of actuating a bimorph driving element and to attain a high speed actuation by constituting a device in order that the contacting position of the bimorph driving element with a member to be moved by pressing does not change in substance even if the element turns. CONSTITUTION:The bimorph driving element 14 on which a voltage is impressed in a shutter closing state turns centering around an axis 14a and a switching lever 12 turns clockwise, then shutter blades 2 and 4 are turned in an opening direction by pressed to be moved by pins 12c and 12d holding the free end 14b of the element 14 between them. The element 14 and the pin 12c which contact each other at contact points 14A and 12A are made to contact at the contact points 14B and 12B by the turning of the element in a P direction, but the contact points 14A and 14B does not change in terms of the positions and the contact points 12A and 12B dislocate. But the value of dislocation can be neglected. Therefore the frictional resistance at the time of actuating the driving element can be reduced, so that the device can be actuated at high speed.
