摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable synthesis of ceramic having crystal structural exhibiting superconductivity in almost sintered material, by calcining a kneaded product of oxide of rare earth element with powder of nitrate or hydroxide of alkaline earth metal and CuO in CO2-free atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A nitric acid salt or hydroxide of alkaline earth metal is used instead of carbonate of alkaline earth metal as a raw material and oxide of rare earth element and powder of CuO are blended therewith in a dispersing medium. Then the resultant kneaded product is calcined in CO2-free atmosphere. As a result carbonate remaining in unreacted state in the sintered material becomes all nothing and each reaction is complete and oxygen can readily enter into crystal granule and reaction with the oxygen is promoted. Therefore the sintered material becomes high in oxygen concentration and uniform and almost sintered material becomes crystal structure exhibiting superconductivity.
