<p>PURPOSE:To enable a paper feeding cassette to be installed/removed also in the direction perpendicular to a paper feeding direction by providing a guide part which has an upwardly curved arc form or which is upwardly inclined, in each of two directions of the paper feeding direction and the direction perpendicular to the paper feeding direction. CONSTITUTION:By depressing a releasing lever 334 and with a lock pin 337 being engaged with an engaging groove 341a, a paper feeding cassette is inserted into a housing case 308. And, an inclined face 341d is brought into contact with a latch part 343a and, as the lock pin 337 comes off of the engaging groove 341a, a stopper part 336a enters, and is lapped on, the engaging part of a frame 324. When the paper feeding cassette is pushed into a defined position, a lock lever 341 rides over and is engaged with a latch claw 343. At the time of drawing out the paper feeding cassette, as the releasing lever 334 is depressed, the lock pin 337 of a latch plate 336 is fitted into the engaging groove 341a while sliding on a guide face 341b and releases locking, also rotating the latch claw 343 to enable the draw out.</p> |
