PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having improved compatibility and solvent cracking resistance, by compounding a polyphenylene ether and polyolefin with a polyphenylene ether-polyolefin copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. of a polyphenylene ether is compounded with (B) 0-400pts.wt. of an aromatic vinyl polymer, (C) 1-400pts.wt. of a polyphenylene ether-polyolefin copolymer selected from (C1) an olefin polymer graft-polymerized with polyphenylene ether, (C2) a polyphenylene ether graft- polymerized with an olefin polymer and (C3) a block copolymer of polyphenylene ether and olefin polymer, (D) 1-400pts.wt. of a polyolefin and, if necessary, (E) 1-1,000pts.wt. of an inorganic filler or organic filler.
